This webinar co-organized with the Democratic Action Party on World Health Day intends to answer the following key questions:
1) What are key lessons from national vaccination strategies that inform how we cope with the pandemic 1 year since its onslaught?
2) How do we address challenges like vaccine hesitancy, inequitable access, potential unknown or adverse effects as the pandemic still unfolds?
3) How do we make the healthcare system resilient moving forward and improve health service delivery such that politics will not hamper but improve our way of defeating the virus?
4) What are national, regional and/or global instruments that need to be strengthened toward this end?
